It was a great honor to work on the animation and design for the title sequence of the Paramount+ film Dora and the Search for Sol Dorado. My role involved designing the logo and creating the 3D animated map journey, seamlessly integrating it with the film’s footage and connecting it with the preceding and following scenes.
The studio approached us with the idea of showing Dora’s transition from the young child we see at the beginning to the teenager she becomes throughout the rest of the film. To achieve this, we developed a journey through the protagonist’s personal map, visually portraying the evolution of her drawings—from simple and childlike to more detailed and mature.
I truly enjoy working in film—especially in the adventure genre—so this became one of my favorite projects. It was also a pleasure to collaborate closely with director Alberto Belli, to whom I’m very grateful for the opportunity to be part of this film.
